1. Scope of Services

These Terms of Service govern the creative and production services provided by State of the Art Productions, LLC, including planning, filming, editing, and delivery of media content. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that project outcomes depend on approved scope, timeline, available resources, and timely collaboration.

2. Project Timelines and Client Responsibilities

State of the Art Productions, LLC provides estimated production timelines based on each project's agreed scope. Clients are responsible for providing necessary approvals, assets, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client responses or required materials may result in revised delivery dates.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay State of the Art Productions, LLC according to the estimate, proposal, or service agreement issued for the project. Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are due as specified in writing. Late or unpaid balances may pause project work and delay final delivery.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated in writing, final deliverables are licensed or transferred according to the project agreement after full payment is received by State of the Art Productions, LLC. State of the Art Productions, LLC may retain rights to showcase non-confidential work samples for portfolio and promotional purposes.

5. Cancellations and Termination

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. State of the Art Productions, LLC reserves the right to invoice for completed work, reserved production time, and non-recoverable project costs incurred prior to cancellation. Upon termination, any deliverables released are subject to payment status and agreement terms.
